Batters Up USA® provides free baseball/softball equipment, primarily bats, balls, bases, tee-ball sets, helmets and catcher’s gear to local organizations to support the start up of new recreational baseball/softball programs for boys and girls. We support local Parks Departments, Boys and Girls Clubs, Police Athletic Leagues, YMCA’s, schools, civic clubs, and any local community organization starting up such programs. These can be summer programs or after-school programs. For our after-school reading and baseball program there are expenses for the curriculum and books. Local grants are generally available to cover these expenses.

Batters Up USA® will provide the safety type baseballs and softballs so that the games may be played without gloves and to minimize the risk of ball impact injuries. Equipment will be provided on an ‘as available’ basis; first come, first served.

Requests can be made any time of the year.
